How is my order shipped?
Prints are sent straight from our printing partners via UPS, and all other items ship with USPS.
To keep your artwork safe, we’ll ship it either rolled or flat depending on its size and how many pieces you’ve ordered.

How do you calculate shipping for multiple items?
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order, not the number of items — simple and fair.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we’re only able to ship internationally to Canada from New York.
We normally ship worldwide and truly look forward to offering full international shipping again soon.

For Canada & future international orders:
All international sales are final. Extra processing time may be needed, and customs duties or fees may apply depending on your country. These aren’t included in our prices, and we’re unable to cover any customs delays.
All international orders must include a phone number and delivery confirmation.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your payment is received, we usually ship your items within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Shipping is currently moving a bit slower than usual, so please allow:

• 3–4 weeks for U.S. deliveries

• 4 weeks for Canada

• (Normally) around 6 weeks for international orders — though international shipping (except Canada) is paused for now

Just a note: The holiday season can slow things down. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know at checkout — additional shipping charges may apply.

Where are you located?
We’re proud to be based in Hudson, NY — a beautiful 2-hour Amtrak ride along the Hudson River, a 2–3 hour drive from NYC, and about 40 minutes from Albany Airport.

Will I be charged tax?
Orders shipped to New York State will include an 8.875% sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not quite what you expected? No worries!
If your order isn’t exactly right, you can return or exchange items purchased on sergedahan.com within 5 days of receiving them. You can swap for another item of equal or lesser value or keep a store credit for something special later.

How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s easy — just shoot us a quick email at info@sergedahan.com with your name, the item, and your invoice number. We’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website.

What if my item arrived damaged?
We’ve got you! Original artwork is fully insured, so shipping damage needs to be handled with the carrier. For all other items, email us at info@sergedahan.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.

How do I send an item back?
Pack it safely and use a trackable, insured shipping service. Keep your receipt just in case — we want your return to arrive safely. Don’t forget to include a note with your name and invoice number. Once we get it, we’ll issue store credit for the merchandise amount.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

• We can’t accept returns for worn or damaged items.

ARTWORK

Originals
Each piece is hand-painted by Lin on 90 lb. watercolor paper and comes unframed or framed, ready for you to make it your own. Sizes vary—check the details for each piece.

Care Tips
Watercolors, inks, gouache, and acrylics love a little TLC! Keep them out of direct sunlight and consider framing behind UV plexi or glass to keep them looking fresh and vibrant.

Prints
Can’t snag the original? No worries! Many artworks are available as high-quality prints on textured watercolor paper—perfect for bringing Lin’s magic into your space.

SCARVES

Hand-painted in our Hudson studio and printed on a soft cotton/modal blend, each scarf is one-of-a-kind. Colors may vary slightly, adding to its unique charm.

Care: Dry clean only to keep it looking gorgeous!
