It is my main interest to imagine a new world — that radiates warmth and happiness, leaving the viewer room to dream. In my abstract paintings, I express myself freely with color and light to invoke joy.
I am constantly looking to grow and experiment, to create unexpected color mixes and innovative compositions.

I am inspired by a myriad of sources – from French philosophy, writing and reading poetry, black and white photography, my practice of Nichiren Buddhism, to the mountains and ocean in the West Coast of Canada where I call home.
